Design Services

Our state-of-the art machining shop features CimatronE and Cam-tool software for 3D concurrent mold design, NC programming, Wire EDM programming, EDM Electrode design and machining, prototyping and mockups. We also offer part modeling services to allow our customers the convenience and savings of examining the product before production begins.

AE Cole's prototype mold service gives you added flexibility, and our in-house trial capability allows us to help you keep the design and testing process running quickly. When you're ready to move into a production phase, AE Cole can produce your product in-house in short run production. Our FTP site is available for uploading and downloading files. We can translate all file formats for your convenience and security. Concurrent Engineering coupled with simple file transfers ensures fast turnaround and parametric flexibility.
