Compression Molds

For mold projects involving large or intricate parts, AE Cole offers compression mold services. Compression molding techniques are highly efficient, resulting in less material waste than other molding methods. Among other advantages of compression molding  is its suitability for large, basic shape production. This method also produces molds with less fiber-length degradation and knit lines. AE Cole's experienced engineer team will work with you to determine appropriate material, heating technique, and design for a rapid cooling mold that will house the material after it has been compressed.

Injection Molds

AE Cole builds short-run and production plastic injection mold tooling from simple molds to multiple-cavity, cam action molds; sized up to 15,000 lb mold weight.
